The Courage Room maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and The Courage Room. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
The Courage Room provides various materials, writings, audio and video recordings and other information on this and potentially on other related sites, referred to here as the “Materials”. The Courage Room authorizes each user to view and make notes on these Materials. Some of these materials may be available for download. For those materials that are downloadable, please make a maximum of one copy, provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials. The Courage Room’s owner and author, Karen Connelly, retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them.
Please bear in mind that Karen Connelly is a sole practitioner, and these Materials are part of her livelihood. She trusts all Users of this site to respect copyright.
Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity, except in small excerpts or as taken for personal use. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other Academy, School or Creativity Hub and this Site and Materials are being used solely for the purpose of your personal education and self-improvement.

The Courage Room and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of The Courage Room™. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. The Courage Room does not regularly review these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
5. No Warranty
The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Courage Room . may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. Furthermore, as noted in various places in the site, this site is for educational purposes only. The Courage Room programs, seminars and master-classes organized by Karen Connelly and affliliates are not to be misconstrued as therapy or therapeutic advice.
The Courage Room programs, memberships, seminars, master-classes, including blog posts and other information on this website, are for education and informational purposes only. They are not intended to replace, override, or question any individual healthcare or therapeutic service the User currently employs, has employed in the past, or may employ in the future.
Participants’ individual therapeutic needs will not be discussed, assessed, or evaluated in The Courage Room programs or writings. The Courage Room participants are encouraged to seek appropriate healthcare practitioners in whatever area they see fit and to take full responsibility for their health and well-being.
Similarly, Karen Connelly’s writings on this website are not intended to be used as formal therapeutic advice or diagnostic tools. She will not be held accountable or liable for decisions the User makes or consequences the User experiences directly or indirectly from the writings and information offered on this website or in any of her educational services in The Courage Room.
